Onstream Pipeline Inspection is a provider of inline and tethered MFL inspection services to oil and gas pipeline operators, currently servicing the North American market. Due to ongoing growth Onstream is now accepting applications for the position of ILI Data Analysis Manager– USA to work out of our Houston, Texas office.

The ILI Data Analysis Manager – USA is accountable for continuous improvement and leadership of the analysis team. This includes applying your comprehensive and consistent analysis skills and furthering our working relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage day to day operations of the MFL analysis group
• Manage the IMU mapping process from pre-inspection setup to ensure all required information is received and in order for analysis
• Perform Data Quality Assessments (DQA) and provide reports to clients meeting required timelines
• Prioritize work load and manage timeline for on time completion of report deliverables
• Maintain quality control of deliverables
• Perform annual performance review of employees in Analysis division
• Advertise, interview and hire staff as required
• Interpret MFL, Geometry and Inertial mapping pipeline inspection data recorded by the Onstream inspection tools
• Correlate analysis results to inspection data from previous years
• Assist in development and refinement of wall loss algorithms used for interpretation and prediction in corrosion sizing
• Produce Final Report of inspection results
• Interface with clients via telephone, email and in person. Communicate analysis findings and provide support for excavations and measurement results

Education & Experience Preferences:

• High School Diploma
• Degree or diploma in a related field; or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Level III MFL Analyst or above
• 10+ year’s equivalent data analysis, management experience
• Experience with IMU analysis, mapping software and GIS systems
