Formally the vice president of ROSEN Canada, Mike Niosi joined Onstream in 2018 and moved into the CEO position in June 0f 2019. Mike’s inline inspection career started more than 20 years ago, initially in data analysis. Mike has a passion for safety and for pipeline integrity. Given his roots in data analysis, he is a firm believer that the biggest gains to be made in the industry are in the field of data science – particularly in analysis software and algorithms. Chad brings more than 18 years of pipeline inspection experience to Onstream. Chad’s experience ranges from field technician and analysis to project management, sales and senior management. Chad takes great pride in the service aspect of Onstream and works with his team to ensure that every customer on every project receives the utmost attention from start to finish. Gerry Wilkinson, Co-founder of Onstream, has been involved in the oil and gas sector for 30 years with over 18 years in the pipeline inspection industry. Gerry has experience in most areas of the industry, but has been primarily focused on engineering, software development and data analysis. Gerry manages the data analysis and engineering groups at Onstream where our emphasis is on the continued advancement of our inspection technology, analysis software, and prossessing techniques.



Mark brings over eighteen years of public accounting and industry experience in the accounting and finance profession. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. Mark articled with KPMG in Calgary from 1998 to 2005 in both the Audit and Corporate Recovery groups. Mark left public practice in 2005 and joined the oilfield service industry. Previous industry roles have seen Mark in both the public and private sectors where he has gained extensive knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, system implementations, and tax compliance. Mark’s industry experience, accounting and finance knowledge, and work ethic will be a key factor in Onstream’s continued success and future growth initiatives.



Stephen brings over twenty years of design experience in In Line Inspection tools. Stephen holds a PhD in Experimental Magnetism and BSc in Experimental Physics. Stephen's expansive knowledge of pipeline inspection tool development includes algorithm development and magnetic design of In Line Inspection tools. Previous roles have seen Stephen building and leading multi-disciplinary groups in new product development throughout his career. Stephen's industry knowledge, experience and unparalleled reputation will be a driving factor in Onstream's continued development and growth within the In Line Inspection industry.



Tony brings over 14 years of pipeline inspection experience. Starting as a field technician and working his way into operations, he has been directly involved with the growth of Onstream. Tony is a highly efficient leader and is customer driven to achieve the best possible outcome on each and every project. Tony also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and along with his strong work ethic will allow for continued success with the Onstream team.



Mike brings over 15 years of experience in the pipeline inspection industry in the areas of field operations, engineering, data analysis, quality and management. Mike believes strongly in utilizing market intelligence and operational data analytics to drive process improvements and project execution excellence. Mike’s extensive operational experience and customer-focused approach will be integral to Onstream’s continued expansion in the US market. As the Director, USA Operations, Mike oversees the entire USA operation including operations, sales and finance.



Lonnie brings more than thirty seven years of Oil and Gas related experience in Corrosion Prevention and Pipeline Inspection Services. Lonnie holds certification as a NACE Sr. Corrosion Technologist and has been a NACE member for more than 30 years. Prior to joining the Onstream team, Lonnie spent 15 years working in the Corrosion Engineering group of a major Oil and Gas producer and has held a Senior Management position in the Global Pipeline inspection Services sector for 22 years. His international experience includes Canada, USA, Europe, Middle East and South America. Lonnie’s industry knowledge and drive to be a key member of a team providing industry leading pipeline inspection technology and services are valuable assets to assist in Onstream's continued development and growth within the In Line Inspection industry.



Keith, has approximately 40 years of oilfield experience, which includes positions in all levels of the pipeline and down hole inspection service industry. Keith was involved in the initiation of tethered pipeline MFL inspection services in the 1980’s until the present time and has spent the last 15 years concentrating on tethered MFL inspection analysis. Keith has built a reputation throughout the industry for dedication to first in class customer service.



James is a Professional Geomatics Engineer with almost 20 years of GPS and inertial navigation experience. After beginning his career in oil field land surveying, and then airborne digital mapping, James found opportunity in the inline inspection business. Owing to his drive, intensity, and ability to learn, he rose to the level of “Technical Lead – Caliper and Inertial Analysis” for a major competitor. James currently manages the MFL, caliper, and inertial analysis for all Canadian free-swimming inspections, and regularly liaises with Engineering, Operations, and Sales on a variety of technical issues.
