Onstream takes tremendous pride in being available when our clients need us. We have never turned down a program due to equipment or personnel shortages, and currently are able to deploy 8 wireline units, 25 field trucks, and over 150 Inspection Tools. We have no blackout dates and operate a 15-6 schedule to give the greatest availability offerings to our clients.
In addition to our Field Operations we design, build, and maintain all of our own technology in house, which allows for an unparalleled response to client timelines and changes in scope. We provide and encourage constant communication with our project management team, and Data Analysis group so that no aspect of the project is overlooked.

MIKE NIOSI
Divisional VP
Formerly the vice president of ROSEN Canada, Mike Niosi joined Onstream in 2018 and moved into the CEO position in June 0f 2019. Mike’s inline inspection career started more than 20 years ago, initially in data analysis. Mike has a passion for safety and for pipeline integrity. Given his roots in data analysis, he is a firm believer that the biggest gains to be made in the industry are in the field of data science – particularly in analysis software and algorithms. MARK RUDNICKI, CPA, CA
Executive Director, Operations and Business Services
Mark brings over eighteen years of public accounting and industry experience in the accounting and finance profession. Mark holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2001. Mark articled with KPMG in Calgary from 1998 to 2005 in both the Audit and Corporate Recovery groups. Mark left public practice in 2005 and joined the oilfield service industry. Previous industry roles have seen Mark in both the public and private sectors where he has gained extensive knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, system implementations, and tax compliance. Mark’s industry experience, accounting and finance knowledge, and work ethic will be a key factor in Onstream’s continued success and future growth initiatives.

STEPHEN WESTWOOD
Senior Director, Engineering and Technology
Stephen brings over twenty years of design experience in In Line Inspection tools. Stephen holds a PhD in Experimental Magnetism and BSc in Experimental Physics. Stephen's expansive knowledge of pipeline inspection tool development includes algorithm development and magnetic design of In Line Inspection tools. Previous roles have seen Stephen building and leading multi-disciplinary groups in new product development throughout his career. Stephen's industry knowledge, experience and unparalleled reputation will be a driving factor in Onstream's continued development and growth within the In Line Inspection industry.

TONY CARRIER
Senior Director, Operations
Tony brings over 14 years of pipeline inspection experience. Starting as a field technician and working his way into operations, he has been directly involved with the growth of Onstream. Tony is a highly efficient leader and is customer driven to achieve the best possible outcome on each and every project. Tony also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering and along with his strong work ethic will allow for continued success with the Onstream team.

DAVE LATTO
General Manager USA
Dave has worked in several operations, management and sales roles within the pipeline industry over the last 3 decades with experience in the UK, Canada and the US. His knowledge of pre-commissioning and maintenance as well as in-line inspection will help us better service our growing customer base. Dave’s prior roles included positions at BJ Process and Pipeline Services, ROSEN USA, SGS and most recently Baker Hughes.

KEITH WALTERS
Analysis Manager, Tethered
Keith, has approximately 40 years of oilfield experience, which includes positions in all levels of the pipeline and down hole inspection service industry. Keith was involved in the initiation of tethered pipeline MFL inspection services in the 1980’s until the present time and has spent the last 15 years concentrating on tethered MFL inspection analysis. Keith has built a reputation throughout the industry for dedication to first in class customer service.
